According to the UN, in the sub-Saharan, 11.07 million children leave school before completing their primary education. In South and West Asia, that number reaches 13.54 million. Research from The Center for Global Development found that in developing countries, just one additional year of education could increase a persons future income by an average of 10%.
Education is crucial to creating a promising future. Children of all races, ethnicity, and genders deserve a quality education worldwide. Please consider ways your WAVE could tackle this issue to help children who really desire to learn.

Caleb - “I am mentoring freshman in high school to help them with school and their individual walk with Jesus.”
Amanda - “I'm currently a junior in college at Providence Christian college in Pasadena California. I'm studying education and hope to be an English professor. I've been learning about several different things in respect to students with disabilities and how they are often bullied and need extra educational help. Christ needs to come into education more all over, from public schools to private schools. I want to be a Christian teacher who does her best wherever she is. I hope to change and touch hearts wherever I go.”
